The Legal Services we provide are what's called unreserved legal activities under the The Legal Services Act 2007 (LSA)

We offer support and assistance. Under the Legal Services Act - Family Law under the Act is considered an unreserved legal activity. ​

Under this act there are no restrictions to who can offer family law services. This offers people a wider choice of legal service providers to meet their needs.

This helps you as you do not need to instruct a solicitor who will charge you over £200 per hour. You simply use a service like ours for much of the works. We will also sign post your for legal advice from a direct access barrister. A barrister will represent you at court.

The objective of the LSA regulators is to improve access to justice for all people.
