We help neighbours resolve disputes which are affecting their comfort, their security and the enjoyment of their property, without the expense and worry of Court proceedings.
Our aim is to make our services accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their financial circumstances.
They will vary depending on the nature of your dispute, the time it is likely to take to resolve and its complexity.
We will discuss and agree our charges with you before we begin mediation and will provide you with a budget to work from.
The following is merely intended as a guide:
For relatively straightforward claims with a value of less than £5,000 where the mediation lasts two hours, our charge would be £100 plus vat (£120) for each party.
For claims with a value between £5,000 and £15,000 where the mediation takes about three hours, our charge would be £300 plus vat (£360) for each party.
For more complex cases with a value of between £15,000 and £50,000 where the mediation lasts four hours, our charge would be £425 plus vat (£510) for each party.
For the cases with a greater value our charges will depend on the time the mediation takes, the complexity of the case, the amount of documentation involved as well as the value of the claim.
We accept credit and debit card payments.
